These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of paws-source.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and agree to these terms.

We sell premium paw-care and pet products, including the Paw Cleaner, Paw Soap, Dog Toothbrush, Dog Toothpaste, Grooming Comb, Paw Balm and curated bundles.

We work hard to display products and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Product images and descriptions are for guidance, and slight variation may occur. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price and refund you in full.

Promotional pricing, sale items and bundle discounts apply only while stated and may be withdrawn at any time.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation is not acceptance of your order — a contract is formed only once we dispatch your items.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our trusted payment providers. We accept major cards and digital wallets including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and offer free delivery on qualifying orders over the stated threshold. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We want you and your dog to love every product. Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it for eligibility, timeframes and the steps to request a return.

Our products are designed for the care and grooming of dogs. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always follow the instructions provided, and consult a vet if your dog has a skin condition, injury, allergy or other health concern before use.

All content on the Site — including the Paws Source name, logo, text, graphics, product imagery and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or introduce malicious code.
• Copy or scrape content for resale or republication.

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the products will meet every expectation, beyond those rights you have as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, Paws Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paws Source operates. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
